  7. Expanded Receive 110-180, 300-500 MHz 
  8. Expanded Transmit 130-180, 400-470 MHz

  12. o Remove Antenna and Battery. 
  13. o Remove four screws on bottom holding battery track. 
  14. o Remove the four (black) screws holding rear case. 
  15. o Slowly... open the front cover from tranceiver and lay both halves on table. 
  16. o Note positioning of white paper insulator in right half of radio and lift out 
  17.   (don't throw away) 
  18. o Carefully locate Jumper Pad 13 and remove solder. 
  19. o Re-install white paper insulator, make sure ground tab slides through the 
  20.   paper insulator. 
  21. o Close radio back up (Careful not to pinch the ribbon cable near lithium 
  22.   battery when closing halves). 
  23. o Re-install the four (black) screws holding rear case. 
  24. o Re-install the four (small silver) screws on bottom holding battery track to 
  25.   radio body. 
  26. o Attach Antenna and Battery. 
  27. o Turn off Radio.... Press and hold both arrow keys while turning on the Radio. 
  28. o Modification Complete.

  57. trunking radio, cell phone (I would *never* listen to that), 33cm ham band...
